AUT Ki Uta Ki Tai – Aspire Scholarship

With the new final-year fees free policy changes from 2025, we know starting university education can be financially demanding – but the benefits are considerable.

We believe that no student should have to compromise their academic aspirations because of financial difficulties. That’s why we’re offering a unique scholarship package that includes financial and other student support to help set you up for success.

The scholarship will contribute towards your fees in the first two years of your AUT bachelor's degree, helping to ease the financial pressure until you're ready to apply for fees free study in your final year of study.

What’s included in this scholarship

  • $4,000 toward tuition fees in both Year 1 and Year 2 of an AUT bachelor's degree
  • $25 per week credit for printing, shuttles buses and other services on the AUT Wallet
  • Free AUT gym membership
  • Dedicated course counselling
  • Library workshops including academic writing, APA referencing and time management
  • Regular career and employability sessions, financial support, money coaching and mental health counselling

200 scholarships are on offer for those who are new to study at AUT in Semester 1, 2025. Apply by 10 November 2024.
