Tane Wolfgramm

Content Creator, Arsenal Football, London
Bachelor of Communication Studies in Radio
For Tane Wolfgramm, being able to create content for some pretty famous sports teams has been a dream come true.
“I’ve always been a massive fan of sport, so having the ability to work in an environment I could only ever dream to be a part of is unreal, let alone being able to express myself creatively on top of that! I’m now based in London and currently work as a content creator with Arsenal Football Club. I’ve been here since the start of the 2025 Premier League season and am really enjoying it! I’m grateful to work with some great people and players who support me throughout my journey.”
But Arsenal isn’t the first well-known sports team Tane has created content for.
“Before I moved to the UK, I worked as the digital and social media manager for The Blues, creating content and managing a team of content creators. This covered everything from photography and videography to editing and posting. I travelled with the team and got to create content all over the world.”
A truly unique experience
Completing a Bachelor of Communication Studies was the foundation for the career he has today, Tane says.
“My time at AUT has provided a strong base for everything I’m continuing to learn. The practical nature of AUT came in so handy when I got into the working world – being able to say I had used Adobe tools and handled a camera at uni was really important for me in my early days.”
He still has fond memories of university, despite his final year being affected by COVID and lockdowns.
“I spent most of my third year at uni in lockdown, but I genuinely enjoyed connecting with the people in my radio classes during that time. When we did get the chance to see each other, we made the most of it and it was really quite special.
“My lecturers Dr Rufus McEwan and Associate Professor Matt Mollgaard were unbelievable – to think of a solution to run the student radio station Static FM from our bedrooms during the COVID lockdowns was great. They were always supportive and I’m very grateful for their support. It was a truly unique uni experience that I honestly wouldn’t change given the opportunity.”
Advice for other students
Tane, who completed his studies at the end of 2020, has some great advice for other students who are at the start of their own university journey.
“Enjoy it! Uni isn’t forever and while it may seem stressful at the time, you’ll never get that time back.”
Make the most if your time at university, he adds.
“Enjoy the people, use the resources and leave uni regretting nothing.”
