The City and North Campus clinics of the AUT Student Medical Centre offer a full range of medical services by doctors and nurses. The clinic on the AUT South Campus offers nurses services only, but will refer you to a doctor for an online or in-person consultation if required.
If you're studying a clinical health sciences programme at AUT, you're required to complete the immunisation screening process to do your clinical placement.
We can refer AUT students to other health providers including community mental health teams, HELP, Auckland Sexual Health Service, Pohutukawa Clinic, Epsom Day Unit, Auckland University Physiotherapy, AUT Integrated Health, Auckland City Hospital, North Shore Hospital, and your local Te Whatu Ora specialised services.
E-scripts are now used at the AUT Student Medical Centre. Scripts can be requested through Manage My Health. Allow 48 hours for your script to be completed.
Your prescription will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. You'll be sent a text notification when it's ready for you to pick up.
The nurses may call you to discuss your request and you may need to see a doctor.

Your doctor or nurse will talk to you about how you will get your lab results. A nurse will text or phone you if they need to talk to you about your results.
You can contact us for your results if you have any questions. You may be able to get your results by phone. For some results, we may ask you to come in to see us.
