Bright Side's programmes consist of free multi-workshop interactive sessions for AUT students, facilitated by our guides. These sessions are followed up by group coaching discussions led by Bright Side staff to ensure learnings and strategies are implemented.

Led by our health coaches, Kete Kōrero is a safe and collaborative space on campus where students can discuss and explore self-care and personal development techniques that cultivate physical and mental well-being, peer support and connection.
