Jasmin Takhar talks about how she fulfilled her dream to see Scotland and what she loved most about going on a student exchange to Edinburgh Napier University.
I had always wanted to go to Scotland and see Edinburgh’s amazing old town.
Everything was very easy and straightforward. The only thing I found hard was finding what classes to pick as I didn’t know what SQA level (Scottish Qualifications Authority level) I was on. But everything else was very easy because I didn’t need to apply for a visa.
The teaching and learning style was very similar. I found university easier in the UK.
Learning to become independent and getting to fully immerse yourself in a different culture is amazing.
