Have you experienced an emotional event or events in the past, such as changes in health, moving away from family, or losing a loved one? We invite you to help us learn more about ways to help people who have experienced an emotional event/s that may be impacting their wellbeing.
What will you have to do?
• If you take part, you will be asked to use an online programme daily for 30 days to read or listen to short ditties (a bit like poetry) that focus on common life events.
• We would also like to find out about your experiences of using the programme by asking you some questions before and after you finish using the online programme. You may also be invited to be interviewed about your experiences of taking part in the study and using the programme.
If you:

• Are 18 years or older
• experiencing emotional symptoms (loneliness, anxiety,)
• Living in the Auckland, Waikato or Bay of Plenty areas
