Description of research project

This research project aims to explore the complex relationship between intimate partner relationships and work-related factors and how these influence the mental wellbeing of men working in New Zealand's construction industry. By participating, you will be contributing valuable insights into the factors that affect mental wellbeing in the construction industry, including job pressure, working conditions, job security, and the role of intimate relationships.

Participants will be asked to take part in a face-to-face interview. During the interview, you will be encouraged to share your experiences and perspectives on the topics mentioned. Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. All information shared will be kept confidential and used solely for research purposes.

There are no direct incentives for participating, but your contribution will help inform strategies to improve mental wellbeing support within the construction industry. If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
