 Summer graduation in full swing

4501 AUT students graduate this week and 3107 of them will be attending a graduation ceremony at the Aotea Centre. With fabulous weather forecast all week, two days have passed and there are two more days of graduation ceremonies to come.

This is the first year of moving to a four day summer graduation period. The new model will ensure that the ceremonies aren't too big and the additional day means there will be a greater number of tickets available so this memorable occasion can be shared with family and friends.

The week in numbersThe first day of ceremonies began on Tuesday for the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences. Wednesday saw students from the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies graduate. Today is the turn of Te Ara Poutama and the Faculty of Culture and Society.  The fourth and final day on Friday is dedicated to the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law.
